We offer free shipping for orders of only $49 or more that are placed through our website and shipped within the U.S. (including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and military APO's).
We currently only ship within the US (including Hi, AK, PR, military addresses), no international shipping.
DELIVERY TIME
We know your little dog loves getting packages and we'll work get your order out as quickly as we can. Your order will usually arrive within 4-6 business days after you put in your order. (May be longer for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and military APO's).
Orders are shipping using either USPS, Fed Ex or UPS depending on shipping address and weight. If you are in a rush, we offer express options as well. *Please consider the holiday season and weekends. The shipping times on our website are counted in business days.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
We will always send you the tracking information so you can keep tabs on your package. If you didn't get it, or need help, please contact us.
RETURNS
We hope you and your dog love our products, but if you don't, we want the chance to help resolve any issues. For returns, we accept new, unused and unopened items within 60 days of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Products must be unused, in original packaging with all labels, tags and stickers still attached. If you have already used the product and have any questions or concerns, please contact us and we will be happy to help. For your convenience, please save packaging in case of returns.
We do not do exchanges by mail. If you would like to get something different, please place a new order for these items.

How do I cancel or change my order?
Once your place your order, your payment will be processed immediately and your order will be electronically sent to our warehouse for fulfillment. Therefore, no changes or cancellations can be made after your order is placed, please check your order carefully before submitting your order.
